About Howes Models Ltd

Our company was originally formed as Howes Cycles Ltd in 1939 and although cycles ceased to be part of our range many years ago we are proud to have been trading as 'Howes' for 65 years! We take pride in offering our customers good service which includes specialist staff, full product back up and fast despatch on all mail order, subject to items being available. Our large shop is situated in Kidlington which is about 5 miles north of Oxford on the A4260 (200yds north of the Audi dealership) with easy access from the M40 and A34.

The shop is full of the latest models and accessories and includes radio control aircraft, boats, electric and fuel powered cars, plastic kits and a large department dedicated to model railways in 'HO/OO' and 'N' gauges. We also buy and sell secondhand radio control equipment, model railways and un-made plastic kits; please phone for more details.

If you cannot find your requirements on our site please phone and we will do our best to obtain them for you at a competitive price. Please note that our shop opening hours are 09.30 - 17.00 and we are closed all day Wednesday and Sunday although opening times are extended over the Christmas period.
