Terms and Conditions
When you register with the Howes website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Howes as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the Howes website, and update the relevant section.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Howes Models Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, and whose registered office is 12 Banbury Road, Kidlington, Oxon, OX5 2BT, company registration number 3144839.
Howes must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be shipped. Payment is not taken until the point of dispatch of the goods to you from our premises.
Howes Models Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. You will also be contacted should Howes not be able to complete the order due to non-availability of stock.
If the goods Howes delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Howes shall have no liability to you unless you notify Howes in writing or by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Howes shall have no liability to you unless you notify Howes in writing or by email at the Howes contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.
Delivery of goods, once the payment has been processed, will be as soon as possible. Nearly all orders are dispatched on the day of order and the large majority of these arrive ‘next day’. Items being sent via Royal Mail are sent first class post, with courier shipments expected to arrive before 15.00 the next day.
Postage costs on the website are correct for UK delivery. Postage rates for the UK are currently £3.00, £5.00, £7.50 and £10.00. The £10.00 charge is for courier delivery and comes into effect when items are too heavy or large to be sent via Royal Mail.
Overseas shipments are charged at cost.
